SHIPPING

We use Australia Post to ship all purchases and your order will be shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been shipped. This email will include your unique Tracking ID and a link to the Australia Post website where you can track your parcel's location and estimated arrival date.

Customers can expect to receive their goods within 3-10 business days. There may be instances when items purchased are sold out or unavailable on the day of purchase. When this happens, we will notify you within 48 hours to confirm when the product will be available.

RETURNS

We will allow exchanges or create a store credit with the following terms and conditions:

- IF THE ITEM IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED

The item must be returned with original tags and packaging, in a resalable condition within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer.

 - IF SIZING IS INCORRECT

The item must be returned with original tags and packaging, in a resalable condition within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If the correct size is unavailable in your selected style and we are unable to order another one within a reasonable time frame, we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss similar, alternative styles.

Return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer.

We have a no returns or exchange policy on sale items so please ensure you make the correct size selection before purchasing.
